Barb Hose Fittings to Connect Sandblaster Nozzle with 1/2″ ID or 3/8″ ID Hose

Posted on February 6, 2024 by Eric R. W.

Regardless of the nozzle sizes that we offer (the large nozzle with 3/4″ NPT or the small nozzle with the 3/8″ NPT thread connection), you can use either with any size pressure pot sandblaster or hose size.

Currently, we offer both thread sizes below with this barbed fitting to connect with a more common 1/2″ ID sandblast hose. Or the 3/8″ ID hose.

If you already have a barbed fitting in your blast hose, you can alternatively connect out nozzle with a NPT hex bushing reducer or a NPT reducing coupling + pipe nipple found at most local hardware store.

  • 1st: Select the correct NPT thread size.
  • 2nd: Select the correct barbed fitting to match the inner diameter of your sandblast hose. This size is for fitting inside a 1/2″ or a 3/8″ inner diameter hose.
  • Can be connected to other NPT thread sizes by using a reducer or hex bushing found at many local hardware stores.
  • Includes a hose clamp.
