Large Carbide Sandblaster Nozzle Assembly: C-C1 (1/8″ ID) Nozzle Tip, Steel Ball Valve & Holder– Longer-Lasting Professional Abrasive Blasting Nozzle Tip Replacement

Posted on October 17, 2018 by Eric R. W.

  • LARGE COMPOSITE CARBIDE SANDBLASTER NOZZLE ASSEMBLY: Included is a large premium quality carbide nozzle, nozzle holder and a 3/4″ stainless steel NPT ball valve for long-lasting life. Replace your existing nozzle holder with this system utilizing large 3-3/4″ nozzles!
  • OUTLASTS SMALL NOZZLES SEVERAL TIMES: INDUSTRIAL GRADE system can be used for larger pressure pot sandblasting systems or to convert smaller garage style pot systems such as Clarke and Harbor Freight.
  • Composite Carbide TIP: Our secret to longer blasting times is through the use of the included carbide tip which measures 3-3/4″ (95.3mm) long which provides more material to wear through. Our premium grade tips are higher-density, that outlast several times longer than other Chinese imitations.
  • HIGH QUALITY, HIGH PERFORMANCE: All nozzles are not equal — carbide nozzles feature premium grade mixed material for durability against hard abrasives. Don’t waste your money on inferior products which end up costing you more money. We offer replacement C-C1 tips also when the time comes to need another.
  • QUALITY & USA Assembled: These sandblaster nozzles are professionally assembled by SandblasterINFO and specially manufactured with a unique long lasting composite carbide with more durability than tungsten carbide.

Large, Heavy Duty Sandblasting Nozzle with Carbide Tip, Ball Valve & Nozzle Holder
Rest at ease knowing that you will not have to change your nozzle system as often, which in turn saves you money in the long run. Our high quality nozzle is assembled with larger parts for higher volume abrasive blasting.

However, if you have a smaller garage style pressure pot sandblaster, you can take advantage of the longest lasting effects of the large, long length Carbide nozzle tip. Simply select a smaller Inner Diameter (ID) to reduce the volume of abrasive coming out. This is a great solution for converting your Harbor Freight, Clarke or other garage-sized blaster into a better system with this long-lasting nozzle.

Forget Brass Ball Valves!
Unlike other systems utilizing soft, brass ball valves, ours uses full stainless steel construction for longer life.

C-C1 Series Composite Carbide Nozzles Provide An Even Greater Wear-Resistance that Ceramic!
Included is a premium composite carbide sandblaster nozzles that last longer than others.

C-C1 Series Nozzles Measure 3.75 inches long. Width measures 1.125″ in outer diameter tapered to .63″ at tip end.

Inner Diameter Bore measures 1/8″ ID (3.2 mm)

Reduce Nozzle Replacement Costs
Our Composite Carbide nozzle version is a drastic upgrade from our ceramic version. It may cost more initially, but provides a much longer service life or hundreds of times more than ceramic.

Overall Size of Abrasive Blasting Assembly
The whole assembly measures roughly 7.75″ long. Uses 3/4″ NPT ball valve which can be converted for use on all size pressurized blasters with the use of a reducer which can be found at local hardware stores. Most Harbor Freight systems use a 3/8″ NPT so a reducer 3/4″ NPT to 3/8″ NPT may be needed. Please contact us if you need a reducer.
