Super Carbide Composite Sandblaster Nozzle with Sizes (1/16″, 3/32″, & 1/8″)

Posted on October 23, 2019 by Eric R. W.

If you sandblast with the typical sandblaster nozzle that is used for most pressure pots, you will want to check out our latest super carbide tips. They are made of our own composite carbide material blend.

If you are aware, composite carbide sandblaster nozzles are the longest lasting material to withstand wear with even very hard abrasives such as aluminum oxide and silicon carbide.

We have been working with a manufacturer partner to deliver a composite carbide nozzle tip that is as valuable as possible.

Durability & Wear Resistance

We are still testing the durability of these- it takes quite a bit of sandblasting time to test. It is estimated to last up to:

  • 1000 times longer than ceramic
  • 50 times longer than tungsten carbide
  • 5 times longer than boron carbide

We believe these to have a lower cost per hour of use than another other nozzle. Because we priced these at almost 70% less than other composite nozzles, you can order 3 of these and it may still cost less than one from another brand. More testing needs to be done and I am looking for your help.

Limited Time Discount Available

To launch these new long lasting carbide nozzles, I am offering a one time discount code of 40% off. However, you have to promise me that you will share your thoughts on these new nozzles.

100% Money Back Guarantee

Seriously, I would like you to contact me if you feel it did not hold up to your expectations or you are not satisfied. A 100% refund of the nozzle price will be given. This allows you to try it risk free even if you have used it for several hours.

3 Carbide Sizes

We offer the 3 most popular bore diameter sizes:

  • 1/16″ ID: please remember this is a very small inner diameter used for fine abrasive grits and precise blasting commonly used by glass sandblasting artists.
  • 3/32″ ID: one of the more common sizes that allows for a wide range of fine & course abrasives. It is another size popular for glass sandblasting artists or inside cabinets.
  • 1/8″ ID: this size is more ideal for course abrasives and a slightly higher volume.

(See this chart for help determining a bore size)

Length is roughly 1.25″

I am confused. Would you be kind enough to state the model number of the nozzle that is 1.25 inches in length? You photo shows 3.75 inches, but is that the C2 and the C1 is the 1.25 inch nozzle?

@John, I believe you might be mistaken by the ad below this listing?

This listing is for our carbide that is roughly 1.25″ long (no model number) but is the same size as the C2, ROCTEC, and the TL2.

The C1 is 3.75 inches tall. Hope that clears things up.
